The following information briefly outlines the terms of Haystack Bay Marine Ltd.

• The operator of a rental boat must provide proof of a valid driver's licence & a boat operator card if required by law (after Sept. 15, 2009).
• All required safety equipment is included in the rental.
• NOTE: Children's life jacket supply is limited. If you have your own, please bring them.
• Credit card information is required to make a reservation and held as a damage deposit.
• Fuel, oil and taxes are extra and based on actual usage.

Cancellation Policy - excessive rain or wind are allowable cancellations for 1 day rentals. No change will be applied if required notice of 2 days times rental period is received. (ie. - 1 week rental requires 2 weeks notice)

Terms:

• 1/2 Day 1:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Reservations are NOT accepted for 1/2 day rentals.
• Day 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• 24 Hour 9:00a.m. - 9:00a.m. or 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Week any 7 consecutive days

*Sunday & holiday Monday rental hours 10a.m. - 5:30p.m.
